MIND FITNESS RETURNS POLICY

At Mind Fitness Clothing we want you to be happy every time you purchase from us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to change your mind.


If you need to return any unused items you can do so within 30 days after delivery, for an exchange or refund as required.


The items must be returned in the same condition as received and including original packaging. Once we receive your items, it will be processed within 10 days (during busy periods this may vary). Please allow an additional 2-5 days for the credit to post in to your account after your email confirmation, as each bank’s processing times vary. 


Please note that we do not have any control over this part of the process. We are not liable for, and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.


If you request a refund, we will refund you the monetary value of the items returned to us, at the price you purchased them.


If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund the costs incurred in sending it back to us. As a standard procedure, this happens only when we receive the item back from you and our quality compliance team confirms that there is a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, you will be responsible for those charges.


In all other circumstances unless agreed with us prior to sending, we request you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.


Please note that items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.


Under the European Union Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive you items) to cancel the contract for your order with us. You must let us know in writing by email to mind.fitness.clothing@gmail.com, stating your wish to cancel the contract and ensuring you quote the order number in all correspondence. We will refund to you the original purchase price and any delivery charges if applicable. If you have already received the goods/items, you will need to return the entire order before we will process the refund.

UK RETURNS


Please email us at mind.fitness.clothing@gmail.com to obtain a returns address.


  • On receipt and subject to the above we will arrange a refund for the items purchased (and any postage costs if applicable) to the account that payment was made from.


  • You will then receive a confirmation email once the return request is approved.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


Mind Fitness Clothing does not cover the costs of returns from international orders.


For your protection we advise that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain a “proof of posting receipt”. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED


  • You can return items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • The goods must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • The items must be unwashed and unused.

  • If possible the full packaging should be included.


Mind Fitness Clothing reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damage, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
